With hands on experience focused on the investor market, we provide options that are functional and practical and aesthetically beautiful for every guest stay.

Every project is created from scratch taking into account location, potential demographic, architecture and budget. Our aim is to find the right balance between cost allocation and inclusions to maximise every investors return on investment.

We prefer when budget allows us to use Australia’s best suppliers. We provide beds and bedding used by many of the best hotels and boutique resorts in Australia, attractive and durable furniture, highly regarded white goods and appliance brands and beautiful artworks.

Project Pricing

Every property is put together uniquely for you. Not all two bedroom homes are the same, there are many factors which can influence the pricing.
Prices will vary according to:
Location, size (sqm), number of living spaces, outdoor areas, wall space, apartment level, access and parking, moving in procedure (strata), exisiting fit out, trades required, linen provisions and more.

Timelines

Projects can be completed in as little as three weeks. Each project varies in complexity and external factors can also influence timelines depending on size.

Inclusions

Setup costs will vary depending on quality of mattresses, brands of appliances, size/type of framed artwork, quantity of furniture, quality & choice of suppliers, decor pieces & more.
